When a Banner (and a Bit of Nerve) Went Viral

Sometimes the simplest moments turn into the biggest surprises. Last week, I popped into the printers to collect our brand-new, rather massive banner – the kind that makes you stop for a second and think “Right… this is really happening.” On a bit of a whim, I filmed the moment and shared it on our TikTok page. I honestly expected a few smiles, maybe a handful of likes… and then carried on with my day. Well – TikTok had other ideas. That little video has now clocked up over 32,000 likes (and still climbing!) and, even better, has brought more than 250 new followers along with it. The comments, encouragement and shared excitement have been genuinely lovely to read – and slightly surreal if I’m honest. What really made me smile was how many people connected with the realness of it. No fancy edits. No big sales pitch. Just a proud moment, a new banner, and a small business taking another step forward. It’s been a great reminder that people don’t just want to see the finished gardens – they enjoy coming along for the journey too. The behind-the-scenes moments, the nerves, the wins (big and small), and the reality of building something you care about. So if you’ve found us recently via TikTok – hello and welcome!
