About Us - By booking our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Quotations & Pricing - All quotations are provided on the information available at the time of assessment. Quotes are valid for thirty days, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, unforeseen issues arise, or access conditions differ from those originally discussed. Ongoing maintenance prices are reviewed periodically.

Bookings & Cancellations - Bookings can be made by phone, text, email, or website enquiry. We require at least forty-eight hours' notice for cancellations where possible. Repeated cancellations may be charged at our discretion.

Access & Site Conditions - Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the garden on the agreed date. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by locked gates, loose dogs, or unsafe conditions. Please inform us in advance of underground services, fragile features, or hidden hazards. If you are a cat/dog owner, please ensure pet waste is lifted before our visits.

Weather Conditions - Gardening is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to postpone work in unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions. Where possible, work will be rearranged at the next available date.

Green Waste Disposal - Please ensure your brown bins are regularly emptied and made accessible to us.

Payments - Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We would respectfully ask that payments are made no later than one week after the date of your invoice.

Damage & Liability - We take reasonable care while working, but gardening carries inherent risks. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or fragile items not disclosed beforehand. Any concerns must be raised within forty-eight hours of work being completed. We have full public liability insurance.

Photographs, Videos & Portfolio use - Photographs/Videos may be taken of work for our portfolio, website, or social media use. Images will not identify private addresses without permission. Clients may opt out by informing us in advance. Reviews and feedback on our social media platforms are always welcome.

On-going Maintenance Clients - Regular maintenance visits are scheduled based on seasonal needs. Visit frequency may vary due to weather, growth rates, or unforeseen circumstances. Either party may end on-going arrangements with reasonable notice.

Complaints - In the very unlikely event of an issue, please contact us directly so we can discuss and address any concerns. We aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Abuse of Staff - We are committed to providing a safe and respectful working environment. Abusive, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately where such behaviour occurs, without liability.

Changes to these Terms - We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
